Quadex Inc.rm PG is a factory blended, rapid setting, high early strength, fiber reinforced, non-shrink mortar enhanced with NSG aggregate (nepheline synite granite). It is a pump-able grade mortar that can be distributed by low pressure spraying. The mortar is designed for the repair of concrete and masonry structures, and can be used in vertical and overhead repairs to concrete or masonry sewer manholes, pipe, water treatment facilities, tunnels, navigation locks, and dams. This unique formulation allows for a monolithic one-pass application from a thickness of ½-in. to three-in. The product includes:
