The Memcor Continuous Microfiltration (CMF) system is proven in more than 700 installations across all countries and markets. The high performance of the CMF is ideal - and affordable - for municipal water, wastewater and water reuse treatment. The CMF system provides a separation process that provides an absolute barrier for removal of all contaminants larger than the membrane pore size. CMF is a pressure system where the raw water is forced through the membrane fibers. Clean water passes through a membrane surface that rejects all particles larger than .2 microns, including Giardia and Cryptosporidium. The membranes are automatically tested by a patented in-situ integrity test system. A patented air backwash system is used to clean the membrane fibers.
