Cured-in-place Pipe (CIPP)

Cured-in-place-pipe provides a true trenchless monolithic pipe-within-a-pipe for the application where no excavation is a requirement. Using premium felts and resins, Gelco-Liner rehabilitates structurally deteriorated pipelines quickly, economically, and in an environmentally friendly manner. Gelco will tailor the diameter, wall thickness, physical properties, and chemical resistance to your specific application.

Gelco's resin selection includes polyesters, vinylesters and epoxies, from the nations most experienced CIPP resin manufacturer, each formulated to provide the highest quality product achievable. Gelco's felt tube supplier has hundreds of thousands of lineal feet of experience, and developed many of the manufacturing techniques used in the industry today.

Gelco reinstates laterals using our remotely controlled cutters in association with CCTV. Lateral grouting may be performed by Gelco's personnel to provide I/I reduction, unachievable by the pipe alone.
