A line of conveyance systems includes shafted and shaftless conveyors, bins, silos, and hoppers for sludge collection and storage, as well as live bottoms, slide gates and sliding frames. The system is tested before installation, and the entire system is included from collection to disposal.
Conveyor lengths can range from three ft to 150+ ft in single span length, including horizontal, vertical or inclined screw conveyors, shafted conveyors with full-flight, ribbon flight, fixed paddle, or variable paddle configurations, and constant, variable pitch or variable pitch and torque tube design. Specially designed conveyors are available, and include cantilevered screw conveyors, shuttle conveyors, high temperature screw conveyors, and jacketed screw conveyors.
