The new PowerPylon line of digging tools are available in popular blade styles such as round point, square point, drain spades, garden spades, and trenching shovels. They feature a choice of ergonomic industrial grade fiberglass handles and blade design for comfort. Power Pylon is a molded fiberglass reinforced engineering composite structure that produces an integral fusion of handle and blade, a design derived from aerospace applications that eliminate the "weak link" in common shovels (i.e., the rivet connection).
The solid back blade design allows consolidation of open back, closed back and solid shank shovel inventories. Replaceable blades, complete with mounting hardware, help make the product more economical. At the point where the shovel blade wears out, users can replace the steel blade with the manufacturer's replacement blade kit. There is no need to purchase another shovel.
