Flowtite for Waste Water Systems

Engineered Pipe Systems (EPS) is one of the world's leading suppliers of glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) pipe for waste water collection and transmission systems. Lightweight, corrosion resistant and manufactured under strict quality standards, Flowtite pipe is available in three stiffness classes to meet a wide variety of performance conditions. Plus, Flowtite is economical to install and requires no special linings or coatings.

For nearly a quarter of a century, Flowtite pipe has been used on many of the newly developed sanitary sewerage systems built in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Egypt, …). Flowtite pipe has performed well in some of the harshes, corrosive environments known to a sewer pipe.

All manufacturing facilities produce Flowtite pipe in diameters 300 mm (12") to 2400 mm (96"), while some facilities have expanded capabilities to cover down to 100 mm (4") and upto 3700 mm (144"). The standard joint is a Flowtite GRP coupling with precision machined grooves which hold EPDM elastomeric Reka™ gaskets.

Flowtite pipe is offered in standard lengths of 6 and 12 meters ( 19.7 and 39.4 ft.). However, pipes of virtually any length can be produced on the continous advancing mandrel process.

Flowtite pipe is designed and manufactured to meet the applicable ASTM standards for sewer pipes. For non-pressure applications:
