All plants produce Flowtite pipe in diameters 300 mm (12") to 2400 mm (96"), while some facilities have expanded capabilities to cover down to 100 mm (4") and upto 3700 mm (144"). The standard joint is a Flowtite GRP coupling with precision machined grooves which hold EPDM elastomeric Reka™ gaskets.

Flowtite pipe is offered in standard lengths of 6 and 12 meters ( 19.7 and 39.4 ft.). However, pipes of virtually any length can be produced on the continous advancing mandrel process. For example, pipes of 21 meter length (68.9 ft.) have been supplied on an inverted siphon project in Germany.

A full array of fittings, including elbows, tees, reducers and flanges all manufactured out of corrosion resistant glass-reinforced plastic are available.

Flowtite pipe has been used on big and small projects all around the world. For example, the 350km long North South Carrier Pipeline in Botswana, bringing water from northern Botswana to the capital city Gaborone in the south, has over 280kms of Flowtite pipe, DN1000 to DN1400, in the system.
