This program creates models that predict capital expenses for the life of each asset. In addition, it helps the user evaluate different funding strategies, graphically displaying both the expected condition and annual costs based on "What If" alternatives.
This program provides the quantifiable information utilities need to make informed decisions on asset rehabilitation and replacement. It also provides easy-to-understand graphics of the Asset Condition Index (ACI), which predicts an asset's relative condition over time, and the Funding Demand, which indicates the annual capital renewal requirements for each asset.
