The software is a single-point-of-entry system for utility and municipal billing, payment and invoicing services. It allows cashiers to enter and print customer invoices, receipts, permits, licenses and tickets from locations throughout the municipality.

The purpose of the software is to replace individual and service bills with a statement that lists all services supplied to one customer over a given period of time.
