MRM4 Maintenance & Rental Management System

MRM4 is a very easy to use, Windows based software that comes loaded with the Service Charts for most of your equipment. Any piece of your fleet that is not already in the Service Chart File can easily be added by any of your staff using your manufacturers suggested service intervals and tasks. This system has been used in the mining, quarry, and construction industry for the past 15 years. One of the strengths of MRM4 is the fact that it was created by a mobile equipment user. This Fleet Management system was designed to allow quick and easy entry of machine hour meter readings for the purpose of forecasting the next SCHEDULED SERVICING. The system also tracks the hour life on each units' major components for the purpose of identifying any components on a machine that may be reaching their expected useful life. The System also has a Work Needed Scheduler, and allows you to enter all work done, and parts used (including parts and costs) for each unit. You can print a complete Equipment History Report that includes everything done to the unit from hour one. This is extremely nice if a unit is to be sold or auctioned at some point in time.
