New Line of Epoxy Primers

Rust-Oleum Corporation has introduced a new line of industrial High Solids 9300 Epoxy Primers that offer extended re-coat opportunities for up to 30 days. The three primers -- 9360 Red, 9370 Buff and 9380 MIO (micaceous iron oxide) Gray--are suitable for use with Rust-Oleum 9100 System High Performance Epoxy. The new primers also complement the Rust-Oleum polyurethane system finish coats, including the new 9800 DTM Urethane Mastic and 9700 High Solids Polyurethane systems intended for applications in moderate to severe environments.

The 9300 System primers can be applied over clean bare, abrasive-blasted or slightly rusted steel , masonry or concrete. They also can be used in moderate chemical environments on sound rusted steel that has been mechanically cleaned to remove loose rust and scale. These industrial maintenance primers are VOC compliant at less than 340 g/l.
