For use in air or hydraulic suspension, the Air Scale system provides readings for cabs/tractors and trailers. The rugged, low maintenance unit provides readings based on sensitive pressure changes, even at incremental weights. The technology of the system also compensates for temperature variations. One 12 VDC display meter is mounted on a tractor and one on a trailer. An air sensor taps into the air line between air bags and the leveling valve. The meters read weight on each suspension group and provide a total weight for both. Alarm relays monitor preset load limits.
