PAVE-A-LOT

TRAILER MOUNTED AUTOMATIC ASPHALT PAVER AND GRADER MACHINE  

This paver is ideal for shoulder paving, trench filling and paving the height needed on a curb.  The PAVE-A-LOT will spread hot or cold asphalt, grade rock, sand or dirt and will slice off up to 1" to level an area.  In addition, it can also be pulled with a tractor.

The PAVE-A-LOT converts from its transportation configuration, to a paver in five minutes or less.  This unit is very easy to operate.  There are no motors or hydraulics to wear out and all adjustments can be made by hand in a matter of minutes.  This machine has spring suspension and can be towed at highway speeds behind any type of vehicle with a two-inch ball coupler, or pintle hitch.  When paving, it tows behind any dump truck with no special mounting needed.  The PAVE-A-LOT works just as well as the expensive units but sells for a fraction of the cost.  Every aspect of the PAVE-A-LOT is easy to learn and the paving can be done at your convenience.

This method of paving will save you at least half the cost, which is about $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 per acre.  This machine will pay for itself in about the first half acre you do.

The PAVE-A-LOT adjusts from 40 inches to 12 ft. 6 inches wide, 0" to 6" deep, will crown up to 1" slope from center on 9 ft. wide and will edge along a curb the thickness needed. 

If you do not have a roller you can rent the size you need for about $300.00 per week.  You can buy asphalt direct from the bulk plant and if you do not have a dump truck, have a local trucking company that hauls asphalt deliver it to you.

Note:  the PAVE-A-LOT is also available in a non-trailer mounted version with two pintle hooks, ideal for city or county dump trucks.
