QPR2000 (Quality Pavement Repair), featured at the APWA Exposition in Las Vegas, is a premixed, open-graded cold patch made with 100% crushed, washed aggregate and a blend of asphalt cements, anti-stripping additives and adhesive agents.
The combination of materials in the product is said to resist rusting while providing bearing strength. It can be used in wet or dry conditions and in temperatures from –15°F to 100°F (-10°C to 37 °C). The product is said to adhere to steel, concrete, high-float or asphalt surfaces. It can be used for utility cuts, and railway crossings.
