KPSI introduced a new series of small, industrial all-media pressure sensors. The sensors can be used for many industrial environments, including corrosive liquids, turbine gases, refrigerant gases, hydraulic oil pressures, and pharmaceutical materials.
The pressure sensors are available in ranges from 2 to 500 psig. They feature a four active arm Wheatstone bridge diffused directly into a silicon diaphragm. The resultant monolithic structure exhibits no measurable hysteresis, and withstands overpressures up to 200% of rated range without damage.
