Properly suited for handling semi-dry, high solids content or caked substances, the 2000 Model G3 Progressing Cavity Pump features a series of finger mechanisms mounted on two counter-rotating shafts. Positioned above the pump's auger feed, this "bridge breaker" device prevents the accumulation of material in the throat of the pump. The bridge breaker is driven by the pump's motor to eliminate the necessity for an additional power supply.

This pump features the company's gear-type universal joint. It is capable of accommodating high torsional and thrust loads. Patented joint seals are incorporated to protect the gear joints from pumpage contamination. This unit offers flow rates to 400 gpm and pressure capabilities to 350 psi. Additional product features include:
•passes particles up to 1.5 in. in diameter
•high abrasion resistance
•high volumetric and mechanical efficiencies
•handles fluid viscosities up to 1,000,000 cps unassisted
