While this primarily deals with the fuel management system, the Company's principal products consist of:

• The RNI 2000 Fuel Management System designed to automatically provide fleet management with important data on fueling and maintenance, and, to prevent unauthorized vehicle refueling.
• The RNI 2000 AutoGate Entry/Exit Access System designed to automatically control electronic gate opening mechanisms and provide important data on vehicle activity.
• The Metrolink/MetroMeter family of computerized meters for taxicab fleets.
