AMETEK Drexelbrook-300 Series of open channel flowmeters provides proven, reliable and cost-effective measurements for municipal and industrial water and wastewater applications. Using the improved Universal II transmitter electronics, the 305 Series open channel flowmeters offer increased stability and low maintenance. Available for a wide variety of standard flumes and weirs, each flowmeter sensing element is designed to the particular characteristics of the channel, so the two-wire 4-20 mA output signal is always linear with the flow. The sensing element mounts in a track, flush to the flume wall, and does not obstruct or interfere with flow. It is unaffected by submersion.
Installation is simple with no special fixtures, electronic equipment or training required. Output options include indication, totalizing, recording, and/or sample activation.
