Designed for use with progressing cavity pumps, the Ultra-Shield rotor coatings provide wear protection as well as corrosion resistance. It can be used in abrasive environments in both the laboratory and in the field.
Coatings are available in an array of materials including chrome plating and thermally applied proprietary coatings. Each coating is engineered for high surface finish and maximum abrasion and corrosion protection. All coatings feature consistent application in order to maintain the critical tolerances of the rotor profile.
