The machine is being used across the country because of the time and
money it saves. Asphalt will be sealed more often when the job is easier and
much less expensive. There are no motors or moving parts, and the sealer is
gravity fed to the brooms, making it a very safe unit to operate. In most cases,
the machine pays for itself after only one or two uses. It is currently being used by schools, colleges, golf
courses, fun parks, hotels, and malls, among others.
The SEAL-A-LOT unit will spread any type of liquid sealer on any kind of
surface, and adjusts from three feet to eight feet wide. Sealing your driveway
or parking lot yourself will save you up to 75% of the money it takes to have it
done and it can be done in a fraction of the time. The sealer trough and brooms are designed to travel with the
contour of the asphalt surface for a smooth finish. The machine can tow behind any type of vehicle, including an
ATV, lawn tractor, or golf cart. It
has a standard two inch ball coupler with independent spring suspension, and can
be towed behind a pickup or tank truck at highway speeds.
It has a tightly sealed tank that will prevent any spilling of liquid
while in transit. The SEAL-A-LOT is capable of holding 120 gallons of sealer.
Three hundred and five hundred gallon stackable sealer holding tanks are
also available, and will slide in the bed of a pickup truck or on a flatbed
trailer.With the SEAL-A-LOT, you choose how thick or thin to apply the sealer. The machine will spread any kind of liquid, including prime needed for paving.
