Sewer Structure Protective Mortar

Quadex Inc.lended, one component, fiber reinforced, 100% calcium aluminate mortar, the Aluminaliner is enhanced with NSG aggregate (nepheline synite granite). This mortar is designed to provide protection against hydrogen sulfide gas induced corrosion, add structural integrity and stop the infiltration of groundwater in sewer structures. The product allows for a monolithic one pass application up to three in. thick by low pressure spraying. It can be used in applications such as vertical and overhead repairs to concrete or masonry sewer structures including manholes, wetwells, pipe and treatment plant structures where corrosion is a problem. Additional features of this system include:
