Powered by 18 or 22 hp, 3-cylinder indirect injected, liquid cooled diesel engine, the BX1800 produces 13.7 PTO hp and the BX2200 produces 16.7 PTO hp. The two speed hydrostatic transmission allows the user to choose the best speed for the job, handling a variety of different applications with ease. The hydrostatic power steering takes the strain out of maneuvering swiftly in and around obstacles with ease. The category I, three point hitch and 540 rpm rear PTO allows the user to hook up to most category one implements just like the larger compact utility tractors. The 2500-rpm mid-PTO system powers both mid and front quick hitch implements via a drive shaft, increasing the BX versatility.
