Colbond Geosyntheticsto inhibit sound transmissions, Enkasonic sound control matting can be used beneath ceramic tile, marble, wood, vinyl or carpet flooring, and in wood frame or concrete slab construction. This product is a 0.4 in. thick composite of nylon filaments that forms a three-dimensional geomatrix with nonwoven fabric heat bonded to the upper surface. It can be used for new construction and retrofitting in condominiums, apartments, office buildings, hotels, schools, sound studios, athletic floors, and vibration areas.
