Tire Baler

N/Aal down stroke portable baler compresses approximately 100 whole passenger and light truck tires into a block measuring 30 in. X 50 in. X 60 in. This system is designed to have virtually no down time and be capable of making from four to six bales an hour. Completed bales can be handled with a forklift, front-end loader, logger's clam or grappler. The baler is also capable of baling other recyclables such as: cardboard, aluminum, etc. proving it to be quite versatile.

Standard features of this unit include a 46 hp Kubota Diesel Industrial Engine, a safety shut-off switch, automatic bale ejection, twin six-in. rams, tachometer, hour meter, sight gauges on fuel and hydraulic tanks, and a heavy duty 3/8 in. plate steel door. The baler is mounted on a tandem axle, gooseneck trailer and weighs 13,000 lb. The bale chamber is 30 in. x 60 in. Specifications for this unit include:
