N/Aructural integrity in either a steel or concrete deck, the rugged BridgeMont truck scales are designed to provide legal weights and safe efficient loading. These units feature weigh bar weight sensors machined from aircraft alloy steel bar stock and sandwich steel design where the bottom plate of the sandwich steel deck stabilizes the load on the deck, reducing stress and damage from improper loading. A 100% seal weld protects the deck's internal surfaces from moisture and corrosion, and a poured concrete deck consisting of fiber mesh concrete blended with virgin polypropylene fibers resists cracking and damage from changes in temperature. The product also features a five-in. concrete deck supported by the steel substructure and bottom deck.
