History of United Rotary Brush
In 1990, two regional brush suppliers -- Kennedy Brush of Lenexa, Kansas and Marysville Brush of Marysville, Ohio -- combined manufacturing and distribution strengths to become one company united for a single purpose: to deliver the highest-quality replacement Sweeper Broom products available to the public works industry.

The name and symbol of United Rotary Brush became known around the U.S. as the leading manufacturer and marketer of quality-built Tube Brooms, Gutter Brooms, and Wafer Brush Sections.

In 1998, United Rotary Brush acquired Sweeper Brushes Inc. (SBI) of Barrie. Ontario, Canada, to became the only exclusive Sweeper Broom manufacturer offering coast-to-coast service to the entire North American sweeping market.
