XGS is an air-operated system suited for mid-range to heavy vehicle lubrication, including commercial and passenger transport vehicles, material handling trucks, and construction equipment. The system includes a grease pump, complete with reservoir and fitted with calibrated injectors, an injector manifold system linking the pump to specified bearings, and a variable time cycle controller. The system features up to 72 lubrication points on the standard model, and it can handle standard grease, fluid grease and oil. Additional features include:
•Every major chassis bearing is automatically lubricated during every trip and without removing the vehicle from service
•Each bearing receives precisely metered lubrication
•Constant film of fresh lubricant eliminates the need for manual lubrication
•Other than refilling the reservoir and inspecting the distribution system, the need for manual attention is eliminated
•Automatic lubrication eliminates the risk of seized bearings, improving vehicle safety
•Well-lubricated steering and suspension bearings mean better ride characteristics and reduced driver fatigue
