Wash Rack Cleaning System

Riveer Companytor wash rack system is a modular, portable closed-loop unit that can be used indoors or outdoors. It can be expanded from 6-ft x 6-ft to 18-ft x 42-ft to handle a variety of equipment including forklifts, golf carts, turf equipment and construction equipment. Each rack has a capacity of 10,000 lb. Equipment can be driven up a low angle, steel approach ramps or placed directly on to the wash rack. An optional pressure washer can range from 1,000 to 5,000 psi, an can be used to wash off dirt, grease and residue. Additional features can include over spray walls for the wash rack, carbon filters and ultra, nano and hyperfiltration.

Wastewater resulting from the pressure washer is sealed into the watertight rack and pumped into the system by high-powered industrial vacuums. This product is designed to separate, skim, absorb and clarify oil in several chambers while filtering the water to 1.2 microns. The filtered water is pumped into a 300-gallon fresh water holding tank and back to the pressure washer.
